Glowmas Returns & Refunds Policy


At Glowmas, we want you to love your festive decorations as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made our returns process simple.



Returns
• You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.



Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us at support@glowmas.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.



How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@glowmas.shop with your order number.
2. We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Opened or used light sets
• Items not in their original packaging



Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Email us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange where possible.



✅ This policy keeps you legally compliant (UK law = 14-day minimum cooling-off period, you’re offering 30 days which feels premium).
✅ It also protects you — you’re not covering return shipping for “I changed my mind” cases.
